Stew Sundholm began his journey in the food industry in 1994 – joining the team at Les Trois Petits Cochons, the famed NYC charcuterie purveyor, gaining invaluable experience about the specialty food industry. In 1999 he embarked upon a 20 year sales & marketing career at Applegate, playing a key role in the brand’s national expansion and eventual acquisition by Hormel Foods (HRL) As President and Co-Founder of Next In Natural, Stew brought this breadth of experience to the next wave of emerging, ground-breaking brands poised to revolutionize how we think about eating, our health, improved animal welfare and our impact on the environment.​
